With the Aetna Dental Access dental / vision savings plan you pay a monthly or annual fee to become a member. This type of plan uses a network of dental providers. The dentists are contracted to offer discounts according to their dental fee schedules. You would then pay the the remainder of your bill directly to the dentist office.
