How often can I use my
Careington dental, vision or Rx plan?
You can use your plans as often as you like.

How long will it take to receive my card?
Careington online Orders are usually entered into our system within two business days. You will be able to use your Dental
program as soon as your permanent ID number is issued (usually within
2 business days). If you need to use your plan before the ID
cards arrive, simply call 1-800-290-0523 for your ID number. Expect to receive your Careington
dental/vision ID card within 7-10 days.

What do you do with the information I supply with an online order?
The information you supply is used strictly for access to our networks. Any information that you supply is kept confidential and will not be sold or used for any other
reason. For more information on your privacy, please read our Privacy
Statement.

Why do I need a dental or health savings plan?
You need these plans to help you save money on health-related expenses. Using our plans you can get access to quality services and providers, sometimes at a fraction of the cost. Keep
in mind that just because you are getting a discount does not mean you are getting lesser service or quality. Everything remains the same-except a higher price tag. It's like getting
the same price the insurance companies have been getting all along.

Is your plan a health insurance
plan?
No. These plans provide discounts and savings for health care expenses such as dental,
vision and prescription drugs charges through participating providers. |

What else will I receive with my membership card?
You will receive a complete package in the mail detailing how you can use your
program, as well as a personalized provider list and ID cards. |

What if I'm not satisfied with the plan?
If you are not satisfied with your dental plan, you may cancel the Careington
at any time within the first 45 days
for a full refund of your membership fee. If you cancel after
the 45 days, you will received a pro-rated refund. The $10
application processing fee is non-refundable. |

How
do I renew my dental plan?
If you purchase a monthly dental plan, your plan will be
automatically renewed until you choose to cancel. If you
purchase an annual dental plan, the plan will also be renewed
automatically. You will receive a renewal notice (approximately
60 days in advance) by U.S. Mail. If you choose not to
renew your plan, simply call the toll free number included with the
notice or visit our insurance company
directory for contact information. |

Can I use your discount plans to supplement my insurance benefits?
If your insurance does not include the services our plan discounts, yes, you may use it to provide discounts on services not
included. However, you may not use this plan with any other
discounts you might receive. (For instance, in the event you have a set co-pay, you cannot use this plan to provide a discount in addition to the co-pay.) It is still important to note
that our dental/vision plans are NOT AN INSURANCE PLAN, nor is it intended to replace ANY INSURANCE you currently have. |

What kind of discounts will I get?
In most cases, you will pay a pre-negotiated price for services rendered.
The discounts range from 20% to 60% for dental services. In other cases, you will receive a discount on items, such as contact lenses or eyeglasses.

How can I check to see if there are any providers in my area?
Once you choose your plan, click on the "provider search" You can enter your ZIP code in this area and you will be given a list all providers in your area. |

How will a provider know if I am
a member in your plan?
After you join, you will receive a membership card in the mail that identifies you as a member. When you are paying for a service, simply present your card at the time of
service/payment. |
