Affordable Health Insurance Options

We offer a number of affordable health insurance options.  These options can be used in parallel to traditional health plans or as stand-alone coverage.  Below is a brief summary of benefits for a number of plans.  You can view complete information for each plan, get quotes and apply online.

Value Med Insurance Plan - A No Deductible limited medical plan that pays you directly

The Value Med plan pays you directly for doctor visits, outpatient expenses, hospital stays and more.  If you already have health insurance, this type of plan can help lower your out of pocket expenses. This plan can also be purchased as primary coverage.
VALUE MED PLAN BENEFIT SCHEDULE PAYS
Doctors Office Visits Pays up to 10 Doctor Office visits per calendar year for each insured adult and up to 5 per calendar year for all insured children combined. Doctor Office visits are limited to one per week, except in Maryland. $75 per visit
Hospital Outpatient Visits Pays for Doctors treatment, medical supplies, x-ray and lab tests. Outpatient Benefit maximum per calendar year is $1,000 per insured and $1000 for each covered child. Up to $250 per visit
Ambulance Services Pays ambulance expense per sickness or accident $200 maximum per sickness or accident
Hospital Confinement Pays $500 per day, beginning on the 1st day of hospital confinement, up to 365 days. Option for $100 per day is available.***** $100 or $500

Value Access Guarantee - Guaranteed Issue Medical Insurance

The Value Access Guarantee Plan is a "Guaranteed Issue" plan which means, there are no medical questions.  You can purchase this plan regardless of your health status  This plan is available to you even if you have been declined for insurance coverage due to medical conditions that you currently have or had in the past.  There are several options to choose from .

Value Access Guarantee Plan Features:
•  Guaranteed Issue for members and their spouse's ages 18 through 64. Coverage terminates at age 70.
•  Pays Indemnity Benefits – There are NO Deductibles or Co-pays
•  Pays Benefits for Doctors Office Visits, Hospitalization, ICU or CCU, Surgery, Anesthesia, Preventive Care, Emergency Room Care, Lab and X-Ray Testing, and Ambulance Services*
•  Dependent Child Coverage is available to age 21 if the child is dependent on the parent member; or to age 23 if attending an accredited school full-time.
•  Save money through access to Beech Street PPO Network
•  Or you can use your own Doctor, Hospital or Licensed Provider
•  Pays Benefits in Addition to any Other Insurance Coverage
•  Pre-existing Conditions Incurred within the 12 Month Period Preceding the Effective Date are not covered. The Pre-existing Conditions Limitation is waived under the Outpatient Doctors Office Visits Indemnity Benefit

24 Hour Accident Coverage - Insurance coverage for injuries due to accidents

The 24 Hour Accident Coverage Plan is a very affordable plan that pays you directly for expenses related to injuries due to accidents.  If you already have health insurance, this plan can help lower your out of pocket expenses.  Acceptance is guaranteed and the monthly price includes the family.

Value ER -  24 Hour Emergency Room Coverage for Accidents & Injuries only $20/month family 

The Value ER Plan is a policy that provides coverage for expenses related to visits to the emergency room  Many traditional health insurance plans have a separate ER deductible and this plan can help lower your out of pocket expenses.  The monthly rate of $20 includes the entire family. 
 EMERGENCY ROOM BENEFIT
 Benefit Amount:  $1,000 per Injury or Sickness per Covered Person
 Deductible Amount:  $100 per Injury or Sickness per Covered Person
 Waiting Period:  30 Days After Policy Effective Date
 Annual Maximum Benefit:  $2,000 per Covered Person/Family per Membership  Year

Dental Insurance - An affordable insured dental plan for only $34.95/month for the entire family

The Essential Dental Solutions insured dental plan provides 100% coverage for routine dental services. You will also receive substantial contracted discounts on most other dental procedures.  There are no deductibles or waiting periods and the monthly cost of $34.95 includes the entire family.
